We don’t provide early pricing or free quotes — because a home can only be priced accurately once the design, engineering and site data are complete.

Here’s how we work with you.

Step 1 — Discovery Call (Free)

A short phone or Zoom call to understand your block, goals and budget range. This is not a quote and not a site visit, it’s simply the first step to confirm we’re the right builder for your project.

Step 2 — Concept & Feasibility Package (Paid)

Before we visit your site or begin design, we complete a Concept & Feasibility Package. This ensures your project is achievable and aligned with your budget.

Includes:

• Online block review
• Feasibility check
• Early concept direction
• Budget alignment
• Zoom meeting to discuss findings

This step protects you from guesswork and protects us from giving inaccurate information.

Step 3 — Design & Preliminaries Package (Paid)

Once feasibility is confirmed, we complete all the work required for accurate fixed pricing:

• Concept design
• Soil test
• Engineering
• Energy report
• Site visit
• Selections
• Detailed scope of works

This is the only way to produce a price you can rely on.

Step 4 — Fixed‑Price Contract

Your fixed price is based on completed design, engineering and selections. No surprises. No guesswork. No “allowance blowouts”.

Step 5 — Construction

Personally supervised, high‑quality construction using trusted trades. We specialise in single‑storey and acreage homes.
