The Foundations of your New Home will generally be either Conventional Footing and Slab Design or Waffle Pod Slab Design.

You can choose either foundation system, both systems are fully engineer designed. Waffle Pod Slab System is generally the more economical of the two.

Most building sites require some cut and fill or have been previously filled. Its common to need Bored Piers under the Footings or Slab.

In some instances the engineer may design Screw Piers or Piles, however sites that require these will usually have uncompacted fill or other low bearing capacity soils
